Processing time for custom orders: 
 

All custom items are made to order and hand made. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Our normal processing time for most items, such as Tee Shirts, mugs, key chains, pillow cases etc. is 2-5 business days but can be sooner. Other items such as handmade glasses, milestone chalkboards, tumblers, and bulk orders are normally processed within 7-14 business days. These times do not include shipping.

General Shipping (non custom made items):
 

LeeLani ships worldwide and we strive to get your items to you as soon as possible. That is why items such as glitter, rhinestones or anything that isn't custom and purchased before 2pm EST will be shipped same day, except holidays and weekends.

All items purchases after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

 

LeeLani ships all orders through USPS via First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the shipping option you choose during check-out.

Once your item(s) has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking info to update. 
 LeeLani does not take responsibility for the following:
-Delays once your item(s) have been shipped
-Lost or misplaced packages showing "Delivered by USPS" 
-Packages delivered incorrectly due to a bad address provided when the order was submitted.
Priority packages are automatically insured.
