Agents will respond professionally to inbound contacts, including urgent situations. Agents will handle calls from customers with issues relating to activities such as website issues, profile issues, property issues, and more. Research and troubleshoot problems, escalate issues appropriately.

Additional equipment is required which will need to be purchased prior to the start of class.
