Overview
Assist customers in reserving a vehicle, respond to general inquiries, provide information regarding the car rental center location in question. Agent must use sales tactics such as assuming the sale and overcoming objections. Agent will need to input reservation and all pertinent information into the client system.

Pay rate $10.50 plus incentives

Certification length: 9 days instructor lead; 10 days live calls

Intervals available: Sunday 11:30 am-3 pm; Tues-Thursday 6:30 pm-9:00 pm; Saturday 8 am- 3 pm

In addition to what is included in the System and Equipment Policy Guide, agents that enroll in and service this program will be required to use the Arise Voice Gateway (AVG).

Agents will need long distance to dial into an Arise number with a (786) area code. For that reason,
bulk or unlimited long distance service plans are recommended and are available from most carriers to avoid per-minute charges.
