Overview

Assist customers with billing or video technical repair inquiries. Resolve open issues or questions, troubleshoot technical issues and determine business offerings that the customer does not have and offer upsells. Resolve technical issues on the first call, build trust and rapport with the customer.

  • Pay rate $11.00

  • Certification length: Approx. 5 weeks

  • Intervals Available Sun-Sat 8am-12pm est & 5pm-10pm

Equipment 

  • Must meet platform standards (click here to see requirements)

  • This program requires use of a piece of computer hardware that securely connects your computer system to the client’s system (provided)

  • Agents will need long distance to dial into a number with a (786) area code. For that reason, bulk or unlimited long distance service plans are recommended and are available from most carriers to avoid per-minute charges.
