Tax Client
Video and Phone Support

Overview
Agents working from home will provide phone and video customer service/technical support to customers who have questions or problems with their tax software program, document all issues, resolution and follow up actions. You will also be to serve as an ambassador for the tax client’s brand.

Pay rate:$14.00- $16.00

Certification length: Approx. 3 weeks

Available intervals: Sun- Saturday 8am-12am est. (Jan 1st-April 27th)

Noise canceling wired headset

POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) line is required OR VoIP (digital telephone system or cable telephony)
