Overview
Provides emergency roadside assistance to customers who have a special benefit as part of their automotive insurance policy or new vehicle package. You may also place outbound calls to list of Client's Service Providers to secure appropriate towing assistance to resolve the customers needs.

Available intervals: 24 hours a day-365
Equipment

Windows 7 (32&64 bit) and Windows 10 ARE supported (desktop or laptop)

Noise canceling wired headset

POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) line is required OR VoIP (digital telephone system or cable telephony)

VoIP service should work using a fully hard-wired phone.

Minimum 19" monitor is recommended to view the clients tool and dual monitors preferred
